Terms of Service

1. Who we are. TurnScanner ("we") is an impersonal financial information publisher. We operate turnscanner.app and related channels. These Terms are a contract between you and Diego Zacco.

2. What the service is — and is not. TurnScanner publishes market information on a regular schedule to all subscribers alike: a daily board of stock names with levels and times, published before 09:40 ET and graded after the market close, including misses. THE SERVICE IS NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE. WE ARE NOT AN INVESTMENT ADVISER, BROKER-DEALER, OR FIDUCIARY, AND WE ARE NOT REGISTERED AS ANY OF THEM. NOTHING WE PUBLISH IS A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY OR SELL ANY SECURITY, AND NOTHING IS TAILORED TO YOU. We do not know your finances and will never tell you what to do with them. No adviser-client or fiduciary relationship is created by subscribing, reading, or interacting with us.

3. Your responsibility; assumption of risk. Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Information may be wrong, late, or incomplete; markets change faster than any publisher. PAST RESULTS, PUBLISHED GRADES, OR CAPTURED MOVES DO NOT PREDICT OR GUARANTEE ANYTHING. You assume the entire risk of any use you make of the service.

4. Accounts. Accurate info, one person per account, keep credentials safe, 18+. We may suspend accounts for abuse, scraping, redistribution, or reverse engineering.

5. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation. Pro renews monthly at the stated price until you cancel. You may cancel anytime online from your account (Stripe customer portal) — access continues through the paid period; no prorated refunds. Lifetime (Founding 50) is a one-time payment, refundable within 14 days of purchase, all sales final thereafter. Price changes: minimum 30 days' advance email notice with cancellation instructions. We send an annual reminder of your renewal terms.

6. Intellectual property. The board, grades, reason codes, text, design, and marks are ours. Personal, non-commercial use only; no republication or redistribution of the feed.

7. AS-IS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. NO INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES.

9. Indemnification. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the service.

10. DISPUTES — ARBITRATION AND CLASS WAIVER (READ THIS). Before filing anything, you agree to contact support@turnscanner.app and attempt informal resolution for 60 days. Unresolved disputes are settled by BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION under the FAA (AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules); YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTIONS. Small-claims court remains available. OPT-OUT: you may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@turnscanner.app within 30 days of first acceptance.

11. Changes. Material changes require your renewed acceptance in-app before continued use; we record each accepted version. Governing law: Pennsylvania. If any provision fails, the rest stand. English text controls; translations are provided for convenience.
