TSTURNSCANNER

Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-08.3

1. What TurnScanner is

TurnScanner is an informational market-scanning and alerting service. It publishes price levels with the timestamps they formed at, and an end-of-day scorecard. It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or recommendations tailored to your circumstances. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the service.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing published by TurnScanner (alerts, levels, boards, teardowns, commentary) is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Alerts are the output of automated detection on market data and may be wrong, late, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

3. No assurance of results

Past alerts do not predict future alerts or results. TurnScanner publishes its daily scorecard including misses; that transparency is not a promise of future accuracy. Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss, including loss greater than your subscription cost by many multiples. Low-priced securities carried in the BET tier involve materially higher risk and wider spreads.

4. Data and availability

Market data comes from third-party sources and is provided as-is. Sources can fail, lag, or be revised; the service marks starved data where it can, but you accept that gaps and errors occur. The service may be unavailable at any time without notice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid access is billed through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to period end. Lifetime seats are a one-time payment for access for the operating life of the service; lifetime purchases are non-refundable. We do not store your card details.

6. Acceptable use

One subscription is one person's access. Redistributing private-channel alerts, reselling access, scraping, or attacking the service results in termination without refund.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may cancel at any time from your account page or Stripe portal.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnScanner and its operator are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

Terms are versioned. Material changes require re-acceptance at your next sign-in; continued use after re-acceptance constitutes agreement. The current version is shown below.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
