Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-08-12. We collect: email and auth data (Supabase), the name and phone number you enter on your account, payment status (Stripe — we never see or store card numbers), emails we send you (Resend), and basic usage logs (logins, board views — also used to defend payment disputes). Your phone number is used only to contact you about a billing or access problem you have raised: we do not send marketing SMS, we do not call you, and we do not share it. You can change or clear it on your account page at any time, and deleting your account deletes it. We use them to run the service, bill, and send the emails you signed up for. We do not sell personal information. Processors: Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Plausible (cookieless analytics). Marketing email always has unsubscribe (CAN-SPAM); transactional email (receipts, renewal notices) is part of the service. Retention: account data while active + as required for legal/billing records (consent records ≥3 years). Not directed at children under 16. Do-Not-Track: we do not respond to DNT signals.
